Cabana is where bold Brasilian flavours meet laid back, sunshine vibes. Inspired by the street side barbecue joints of Rio, our menu is built for sharing, celebrating, and savouring every bite.

Start strong with salgadinhos — street food snacks like gooey pão de queijo (Brasilian cheese dough balls), blistered padron peppers, and our signature smash it yourself guacamole served with crunchy corn chips. Want something a bit flashier?

​

The Churrasco Fried Chicken takes things up a notch with double dipped buttermilk thighs dusted in paprika and Brasilian spice, finished with a Malagueta kick

 

Go for the grilled blackened prawns or our crispy duck tacos with a pineapple salsa that brings the heat and the sweet.

Then it’s time to fire up the grill.

Our Malagueta Chicken has been Cabana’s top selling dish for over a decade and for good reason. Flame grilled and basted in our legendary sweet and spicy Malagueta sauce, this skewer of juicy chicken thigh has a loyal fanbase and a flavour that keeps people coming back.

 

​And for the main event: the 1kg Tomahawk Steak. A mighty bone in ribeye, cooked over open flames until juicy and charred, then served up sizzling with your choice of sides. It’s Cabana’s ultimate sharing dish — rich, smoky, tender, and totally unforgettable.

You’ll also find our classic churrasco skewers in a range of cuts and flavours from the zingy Chimichurri Flat Iron Steak to the spicy Malagueta Chicken and Espeto Verde Vegan packed with plant based goodness.

Every dish comes to life with sides that bring texture and taste like cassava fries, corn ribs with miso butter, zesty Biro Biro rice, chargrilled greens, and more.

Our desserts bring the sunshine right to the finish line. Tuck into our Mini Biscoff Doughnuts, Cabana’s very own bolinhos de chuva, stuffed with Biscoff and drizzled in doce de leite caramel.​

The Basque Burnt Cheesecake is smooth, rich, and balanced with a hint of lime, while our Caramel S’mores Pot layers biscuit, toasted marshmallow fluff, and torched banana with a Brasilian twist.

For the classic crowd, you can’t go wrong with cinnamon sugar churros and a warm Nutella dip, or chargrilled pineapple with vanilla ice cream and Biscoff crumb.
